When you purchase an extended warranty, it is important to read and understand the specifics of your policy. It is the customer's responsibility to find out if their policy will accept a mobile RV service company and what limitations, deductibles or out of pocket expenses that might be incurred.
Submitting a claim for a mobile RV repair service call can be complicated, depending on the "fine print" of your service agreement. It will be important to understand what your policy covers and what it doesn't. We are happy to talk with you to help you determine what questions you might need to ask them so that you can make an informed decision whether to hire a mobile RV technician, or take your RV to a shop. Call us today, we are here to help!
Some warranty companies will reimburse customer invoices after service is completed. However, some warranty companies require more information from the RV shop prior to diagnosis, repair, parts replacement and more. It can also mean extra "trips" back and forth between a diagnosis and repair. This can often add several hours of additional work and expense for the technician in order for the claim to be filed, not to mention potential for limited scheduling to also help others in need of RV repair too. For this reason, an administrative fee of $200 will be added if you request that we work with your company directly. This may or may not be covered by your warranty provider.
At Family First RV Services, LLC, we stand behind all of our work and parts with a statisfaction guarantee policy of 30 days. It will be important however to determine what guarantee your warranty company will require of our business prior to any service work being provided.
At Family First RV Services, LLC, we're committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, with and without an extended warranty plan. We stand behind every RV we service and are always here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
